Credit Card Surcharge: All reservations paid by credit card are subject to a 3.5% surcharge to offset processing fees. We gladly accept ACH payments with no surcharge.

Rates & What’s Included

Rates are subject to change. Shoulder season discounts are available in May — contact us when booking to apply.

Lodging rates include cabin rental, two meals (Breakfast & Dinner), all beverages, wines and spirits, and lodge activities such as mountain biking, hiking, casting, and use of the Conference Center (Liar’s Den). Additional activities such as golf, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, or scenic tours can be arranged — please advise when booking, as many regional activities require advance reservations.

Not included in the room rate:

• 11% Idaho Lodging and Sales Tax (on lodging and purchases only)
• Guided fishing and guide gratuity (We ask that you tip your guide with cash at the end of each fishing day or on the last day of your trip.)
• A 15% Staff Gratuity will be added to the final lodging bill and distributed among all non-guiding staff.
• Transportation to and from the lodge is not included in package rates. Options include rental cars, Uber, Lyft, taxi, and shuttle services from Jackson Hole or Idaho Falls. Call us with any transportation questions.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• All lodging bookings require a 50% deposit.
• Cancellations made 90 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival are eligible for a full deposit refund.
• Deposits become non-refundable within 90 days of the scheduled booking.
• Cancellations within 15 days of the scheduled booking require full payment.
• Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the trip require full payment.
• Late arrivals and/or early departures are liable for the full amount of the original booking.
• Day trips (non-lodging bookings) require full payment and are non-refundable.

Pet Policy

• TLAPC welcomes domestic pets in specified cabins. No livestock permitted.
• Pets are not allowed in boats during fishing.
• A $40/night pet fee will be added to your bill for cleanup.
• An outdoor portable kennel is available for guests with dogs. Your dog will stay in the kennel during your fishing trip; housekeeping will check on your pet once daily for food and water.
• Owners are responsible for removing animal waste on the property.
• Pets will be allowed in your cabin if weather turns bad while you are fishing.
• Pets are not allowed in the lodge during meal times.
• Any damage or soiling will incur additional charges.
• Pets that bite staff or guests will be asked to leave the property, and no refund will be issued.
