New Chef at The Lodge

I am excited to announce the hiring of Chef Bob Swanson.  Bob Comes to us from Driggs, Idaho.  He is currently wrapping up his position running Cafe 6611 at The Jackson Hole Ski Resort.  Prior to that Bob worked at the famous Blue Lion Restaurant in Jackson and before that, the Mangy Moose in Teton Village. Bob has been in this area for over 30 years.  He comes from Evergreen, Colorado originally.  He is also an avid fisherman and friend of Brad Sutton, our chef from three years ago.  Bob is very excited to be at the lodge this summer.  We will be working closely to bring you the food you have come to expect.
