Headed out to the South Fork for my first day of 2010. Pat Kelly invited me to do a little R&D on the river before an upcoming guide day he has.
I never get in as many days as I would like this time of year. The weather can be iffy, flows will start to go soon, but the fishing this time of year can be great!
The South Fork is lucky to get a hatch of Skawala Stoneflies in late March and April. We might be a little early tomorrow for the dries so I tied up this cute little nymph. I will let you know how it goes.
Also expect some more posts on this blog in 2010 now that I can take pictures from my iPhone and instantly update the blog. ( I love my iPhone. )
